Schedule a tour or an appointment

If you need additional information or would like to take a closer look at our Clubhouse activities, we welcome you to schedule a visit or tour with us. Please contact Tammiko Bess, Executive Director, to schedule an appointment. Site visits and tours are typically scheduled on a Tuesday or Wednesday, at 10am or 2pm to in accordance to our Members' schedule.

If you are interested in applying for membership, we encourage you to download the Membership Application forms available in the MEMBER APPLICATION section of our website. Taking the extra step to review the information we request on the forms may provide you with more ideas/questions in preparation for the site visit/tour. 

Membership costs vary, depending on current individual benefits coverage and financial status. Private pay costs are based on sliding scale determination for prospective members not covered/eligible under a current insurance plan. Financial background information and documention may be required before we are able to provide you with accurate costs and a service plan.
